The Empowered to Connect Conference is a conference that is usually broadcast at local churches every year in the Spring.  This Conference explores and presents Trust-Based Parenting with the Empowering, Connecting, and Correcting Principles that are research based from the Karyn Purvis Center for Child Development at TCU.  More information including locations in your area can be found here: https://showhope.org/our-work/pre-post-adoption-support/empowered-connect-conference-rewind/

CAFO Summit is the ultimate parent, ministry leader, church resource conference.  From the website:  “A community of kindred hearts gather from across America and around the world.  Parents and pastors, experts and organizations, leaders and servants who come eager to both share and receive – expertise and encouragement, resources and friendship.  All are passionate to see children thrive in adoption, foster care and effective service to the vulnerable worldwide.  Together we seek justice and mercy, rooted deep in the Gospel of God’s unfailing love.  And there is a place for you!”

Tapestry Conference is a local conference held in Fort Worth Texas.  Speakers include professionals and parents who actively work in the trenches with children from hard places.  Many of the same speakers from The Empowered to Connect Conference speak at this conference, but this conference covers more topics with breakout sessions.  This is a great conference for families who have already attended the ETC conference or who desire an in person experience.  More Information can be found on the Tapestry Ministry Website: http://tapestryministry.org/
